Company History
Established in 1955 as sole-source "in-house"
molder, by a major company in the switch industry Moldtronics was a pioneer
in thermoset and insert molding technologies. In
1974 Moldtronics was spun-off in to a stand alone company serving several
electrical component manufactures in the defense and aerospace industries.
In 1995 Moldtronics was purchased by former Director of Research and

first company (Schmidt Tool) into Moldtronics.
This combining of resources created a large machining and molding
operation with a very mature supply chain of trusted vendors.
